Delete Your RuleBook Lawyer Account
You can request the deletion of your RuleBook Lawyer account and its associated data at any time. This page explains how, and what happens to your data.
How to request deletion
- From the app: open RuleBook Lawyer → Profile / Settings → Delete Account, and confirm.
- By email: send a request to [email protected] from the email or phone number registered with your account, with the subject "RuleBook Lawyer Account Deletion Request".
What will be deleted
- Your account and sign-in identity (Google / phone number)
- Your profile information (name, email, phone, profile picture, professional/license details)
- Your case engagements, offers, comments, and chat history
- Your device/notification tokens
What may be retained
- Records we are legally required to keep (e.g. tax or dispute records), for the period required by law
- Anonymized usage statistics that do not identify you
Timeline
Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. Once processed, your data cannot be recovered.
