This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use the Rulebook Lawyer mobile application and related services (“Services”) as a Lawyer.

a. Authentication Information
To verify your identity and allow access to our Services, we may collect information from:

- Google Login (name, email, profile picture, unique ID).
- Phone Authentication (phone number and verification code).
b. Professional & Verification Information
- Professional license details (number, expiry date, issuing authority).
- Government-issued ID for identity verification.
- Service and practice details (registration, specialization, credentials).
- Bank or payment details for earnings transfers.
c. Location Information
We collect your real-time location when the app is running (foreground or background) to:
- Match you with clients.
- Track service engagements and ensure client safety.
- Improve service efficiency.
d. Usage Information
- App interaction data (features used, pages visited, error logs).
- Device details (model, operating system, app version, IP address).
e. Engagement & Earnings Information
- Engagement history including addresses, times, and service details.
- Earnings, commission, and payment settlements.
- Information exchanged between Lawyers and customers for service coordination.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Verify your identity and approve your Lawyer account.
- Facilitate bookings and client–lawyer matching.
- Process payments and maintain earnings records.
- Ensure safety and prevent fraud or misuse.
- Provide support and resolve disputes.
- Improve app performance and service quality.
- Send important notifications related to your account, engagements, or earnings.
3. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your data in the following cases:
- With Clients: Limited details such as name, phone number, professional details, and real-time location to complete engagements.
- With Service Providers: For cloud hosting, analytics, identity verification, and payment processing.
- For Legal Reasons: If required by law, regulation, or to protect rights, property, or safety.
